Location : Remote / Work from home Type : Full-time Responsibilities Build and maintain a prospect list of fintech startups, SaaS companies, and premium brands. Execute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email (minimum 100 personalized messages/emails per month). Manage and update the CRM (Airtable/Notion) with leads, responses, and call bookings. Draft LinkedIn posts & case study content (you’ll work with our founder to refine). Repurpose content into short videos/reels (coordinate with designer or freelancers if needed). Book and schedule client calls via Calendly. Track campaign performance and suggest improvements. Requirements 0–2 years of experience in marketing, business development, or lead generation (freshers welcome if proactive). Strong written and spoken English. Comfortable with LinkedIn, email tools, and basic CRM systems. Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in following processes. Interest in design/creative industry is a plus. The User Interface Designer will work on various digital projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs. The designer will be responsible for designing and delivering mockups, front-end development, and ensuring the best possible user experience. While the role will be located in Mumbai Metropolitan Region, there will be some flexibility for work from home. Qualifications User Interface Design and Visual Design skills Experience in creating high-fidelity mockups User Experience (UX) design skills Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch Experience with prototyping tools and techniques, and knowledge of responsive design Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field is preferred Experience working with clients in various industries is a plus.
