Location : Remote / Work from home Type : Full-time Responsibilities Build and maintain a prospect list of fintech startups, SaaS companies, and premium brands. Execute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email (minimum 100 personalized messages/emails per month). Manage and update the CRM (Airtable/Notion) with leads, responses, and call bookings. Draft LinkedIn posts & case study content (you’ll work with our founder to refine). Repurpose content into short videos/reels (coordinate with designer or freelancers if needed). Book and schedule client calls via Calendly. Track campaign performance and suggest improvements. Requirements 0–2 years of experience in marketing, business development, or lead generation (freshers welcome if proactive). Strong written and spoken English. Comfortable with LinkedIn, email tools, and basic CRM systems. Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in following processes. Interest in design/creative industry is a plus.
