Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a

  prospect list

  of fintech startups, SaaS companies, and premium brands.
• Execute

  outreach campaigns

  via LinkedIn and email (minimum 100 personalized messages/emails per month).
• Manage and update the

  CRM (Airtable/Notion)

  with leads, responses, and call bookings.
• Draft

  LinkedIn posts & case study content

  (you’ll work with our founder to refine).
• Repurpose content into short videos/reels (coordinate with designer or freelancers if needed).
• Book and schedule client calls via Calendly.
• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in

  marketing, business development, or lead generation

  (freshers welcome if proactive).
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Comfortable with LinkedIn, email tools, and basic CRM systems.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in following processes.
• Interest in design/creative industry is a plus.
