Now we’re building a company that helps enterprises automate workflows and launch AI-powered software products. The Role This is a generalist role working directly with the founders. You’ll help run the day-to-day — from operations and research to proposals and special projects. It’s a high-variance role: you’ll be expected to switch contexts quickly and take ownership. Responsibilities Manage admin and operational tasks Draft and edit technical + business proposals Support client deliverables, fundraising materials, and investor decks Research markets, signals, and technologies Assist with cross-team coordination and founder-led projects Requirements Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work across business and technical contexts Comfortable with a fast, unstructured environment Details 6 days/week, ~9 hours/day Fully remote High-growth environment, close collaboration with founders
