The Role

This is a generalist role working directly with the founders. You’ll help run the day-to-day — from operations and research to proposals and special projects. It’s a high-variance role: you’ll be expected to switch contexts quickly and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage admin and operational tasks
• Draft and edit technical + business proposals
• Support client deliverables, fundraising materials, and investor decks
• Research markets, signals, and technologies
• Assist with cross-team coordination and founder-led projects

Requirements

• Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work across business and technical contexts
• Comfortable with a fast, unstructured environment

• 6 days/week, ~9 hours/day
