Position Overview

talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer

user experience (UX) strategy and user interface (UI) design

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  user research, persona development, journey mapping, and competitor analysis

  . 
• Design

  wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, mockups, and interactive user flows

  . 
• Create

  pixel-perfect UI designs

   with a focus on responsiveness and accessibility. 
• Develop and maintain

  design systems, style guides, and reusable UI component libraries

  . 
• Collaborate with

  product managers, developers, and QA teams

   to ensure accurate implementation of designs. 
• Perform

  usability testing, A/B testing, heuristic evaluations, and collect feedback

   to iterate designs. 
• Use

  analytics tools

   (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel) to analyze user behavior and improve designs. 
• Keep updated with

  latest design trends, emerging tools, and UX/UI best practices

  . 
• Work in

  Agile/Scrum methodology

  , actively contributing to sprint planning and reviews. 

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

• Design Tools:

   Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator. 

• Prototyping Tools:

   InVision, Axure, Principle, Marvel, or similar. 

• Wireframing & Collaboration:

   Miro, Balsamiq, Whimsical, Jira, Confluence, Trello. 

• Design Systems:

   Experience with Material Design, Fluent UI, or custom scalable systems. 

• Usability & Accessibility:

   Knowledge of

  WCAG standards, ARIA guidelines, responsive design

  . 

• UX Research & Testing:

   Proficiency in

  user interviews, usability testing, surveys, heatmaps

  . 

• Frontend Awareness (Good to Have):

   Understanding of

  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

   for better dev collaboration. 

• Cross-Platform Expertise:

   Designing for

  Web, iOS, and Android

   platforms. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field

• Strong

  portfolio

   showcasing end-to-end design projects (concept → execution). 
• Knowledge of

  motion design & micro-interactions

   (After Effects, Lottie). 
• Familiarity with

  responsive frameworks

   (Bootstrap, Tailwind, Material UI). 
• Exposure to

  version control tools (Git), Storybook, or developer handoff tools (Zeplin, Figma Inspect)

  .
