About the Role

In the world of digital consumer products, design is often the very first conversation we have with our users. A single screen can make someone feel curious, confident, or instantly connected. As a UX Design Intern, you will help us craft those moments. Over two months, you will work with a London based team that builds for real people, shaping experiences that guide, delight, and support our users in their everyday digital journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• You will participate in user research that uncovers needs, motivations, and behaviours.
• You will turn insights into clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma as your primary design tool.
• You will help design onboarding journeys, core product interactions, and features that build engagement and retention.
• You will contribute ideas to improve our design system and help maintain consistency across the product.
• You will collaborate with the product manager, founder, and other stake-holding teams to refine solutions and understand their impact on the user experience.
• You will assist in usability testing, gather feedback from real users, and propose design enhancements.
• You will document your work thoughtfully so that decisions remain clear and traceable.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• You are pursuing or have completed a degree in design with emphasis in psychology, HCI, or a related discipline.
• You have a basic understanding of UX design principles and consumer behaviour patterns.
• You are comfortable working in Figma and willing to explore more advanced features such as components, auto-layout, and prototyping.
• You enjoy solving problems through structured thinking and visual clarity.
• You communicate clearly, take feedback with openness, and contribute positively to team discussions.
• You are eager to learn how design shapes consumer journeys in fast-moving digital environments.
