Position Overview

UX/Product Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction and user experience.
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and prototypes to clearly communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.
• Work within design systems and help evolve them as needed.
• Translate complex business requirements into simple, user-friendly designs.
• Ensure designs are implemented correctly and iterate based on feedback.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity and visual style across platforms.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a UX/Product Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in web/mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and design systems.
• Familiarity with agile product development processes.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
