User Experience Designer

As a UX/VX Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating, evaluating, and modifying prototypes to support software application development. Your role will involve developing user profiles, focusing on human error control, display issues, visual interaction, physical manipulation, and task and objective analyses. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of design concepts and implementations, providing input on user interface design considerations. You will also develop and apply software design/usability processes to investigate technical problems and produce specifications describing user interfaces and internal structures for products. Key Qualifications: - Possess 5+ years of UX/VX experience - Coordinate with users and product stakeholders to gather requirements - Propose and sketch visual concepts on paper and using software applications - Create user personas, user journeys, and site maps - Translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools like Axure, Adobe suite, Figma, Miro, or other similar applications - Work on cross-platform applications to develop user experiences across various display devices - Collaborate with other designers, product design, and development teams - Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure optimal user experience - Write reports and communicate results effectively - Redesign websites and create mobile apps optimized for smartphones and tablets - Stay updated on technological innovations and new tools In addition, you will need to: - Ensure adherence to design standards, guidelines, and best practices - Lead research and insight projects to understand user needs - Collaborate with and support other members of the UX design team - Ensure all colleagues understand UX design practices - Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with project team members from different functional groups - Exhibit a strong sense of project ownership and attention to detail with the ability to reproduce visual designs accurately If you are an innovator looking to make your mark with a global technology leader, we invite you to apply now!,
