Job Description

As an User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the collection and analysis of research into customer needs, experiences, and interactions. Your main goal will be to support the creation of beautiful, useful, and innovative experiences and communications for Barclays" 20m UK customers while ensuring the Customer Voice is at the heart of all activities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using methods such as ethnographic and digital approaches. - Demonstrate strong organizational and planning skills. - Showcase proficiency in storytelling and data literacy. Additional Skills: - Experience in HR business processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including hiring, learning, and development. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree. Joining as an User Experience Designer, your responsibilities will include: - Delivering end-to-end research programs that align with other research and analytics activities within the business. - Collaborating with various departments to brainstorm innovative design concepts and integrate research findings into the innovation cycle. - Developing and testing prototypes, mock-ups, or value propositions to analyze concept development and usability feedback. - Monitoring industry trends and societal changes that may impact customer experiences and influence strategic decisions. - Utilizing data analytics tools to extract insights from market research and customer feedback to identify new opportunities. - Managing risks related to the Insight process, including Data Privacy risk, and developing strategies to mitigate those risks. - Overseeing research programs, colleague performance, departmental goals, efficiency, and effectiveness. As an Analyst, your expectations will include: - Performing activities in a timely manner and to a high standard consistently. - Demonstrating in-depth technical knowledge and experience in your assigned area of expertise. - Leading and supervising a team, guiding professional development, and coordinating resources. - Demonstrating clear leadership behaviors to create an environment for colleagues to thrive.
