User Experience Designer

Position: UX Designer

Location: Bangalore

Must-Have Qualifications

Experience: 8-12 years of professional UX/UI design experience, with deep expertise in hands-on design execution and tactical leadership

Portfolio:

• High-volume design output with exceptional craft quality
• Complex problem-solving across multiple concurrent projects
• Detailed interaction design and micro-interactions
• Before/after examples showing design improvements
• Tight deadline delivery without quality compromise
• Real shipped products with your direct design contributions

Technical & Execution Excellence:

• Expert-level speed and proficiency in Figma (must work 2-3x faster than typical senior designers)
• Demonstrated experience with Vercel for rapid deployment and testing
• Mastery of V0 by Vercel for instant UI generation and iteration
• Ability to produce pixel-perfect, production-ready designs quickly
• Strong understanding of development constraints and technical feasibility

Tactical Leadership:

• Proven ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
• Track record of unblocking teams and maintaining project momentum
• Experience making quick, confident design decisions under pressure
• Excellence in design QA and catching issues before development
• History of meeting or exceeding aggressive deadlines

Availability:

• Full-time commitment with flexibility for urgent needs
• Able to attend daily standups and multiple sync meetings
• Responsive at some points to enable liaison and reviews with business hours in NA (EST)
• Committed to full contract duration
• Able to overlap weekly with core team hours in NA (EST) at core meeting times
