The Solutions, P&C Insurance role involves creating solutions across the value chain with a focus on digital operations, leading RFX responses, proactive solution development, and go-to-market initiatives. This senior leadership position requires deep domain expertise, effective stakeholder engagement, and a track record of driving innovation, benchmarking performance, and building high-impact practices in line with industry standards. Responsibilities include actively participating in RFX processes as a service line expert, contributing to P&C solution development, serving as a core solution architect, and designing solutions for RFPs/RFIs as well as proactive solutions and Points of View (POVs) within the insurance value chain. Experience in conceptualizing and developing service or product offerings is highly valued. Additionally, engaging with clients using insurance-related tools to promote P&C offerings, trends, and opportunities is essential. The role also involves representing operations as an operations solution architect, overseeing transition, transformation, and validation of commercial models, supporting Go-to-Market initiatives, delivering solution presentations, building industry best practices into the practice, benchmarking organizational capabilities, and identifying business development opportunities within the insurance domain. Mandatory capabilities and experience for this role include 15 to 18 years of experience in the insurance domain, with at least 8 years in Property & Casualty solutions managing complex RFXs and multi-disciplinary projects. A consultative approach and experience working with P&C Carriers/insurers, Brokers, and Agents are required. Awareness of the evolving P&C digital landscape, technological innovations, and the ability to lead end-to-end RFP/RFI response processes for P&C insurance clients are essential. As a UX/VX Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating, evaluating, and modifying prototypes to support software application development. Your role will involve developing user profiles, focusing on human error control, display issues, visual interaction, physical manipulation, and task and objective analyses.
