As a Recruiter at US Tech Solutions, your role involves the full Life Cycle of Recruiting. This includes screening resumes, conducting interviews, handling non-technical queries & interviews, closing candidates, and managing responsibilities until their joining. You must have experience working on the MSP/VMS model and in US Staffing, specifically in sectors like Engineering, Energy, Utility, Aerospace, Non-IT, BP, BFSI, Marketing, and Creative requirements for direct clients on W2. Key Responsibilities: - Experience in dealing exclusively with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, and H1B candidates - Proficiency in recruiting techniques such as Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools - Understanding and timely submission of consultant profiles for technical and non-technical requirements - Successful track record in U.S. Staffing industry sales - Strong negotiation skills in finalizing rates/salaries - Team player with the ability to screen, maintain, and build the candidate database - Independent worker with multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment - Understanding client requirements in IT, Engineering, Aerospace, Energy, Utility, Business Professional, BFSI, and Non-IT domains to deliver qualified resources - Sourcing and screening candidates effectively using Internal Systems/Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking - Achieving high conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placements - Meeting recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as agreed with operations and stakeholders - Regular interaction with team and business heads to discuss requirements, sourcing strategies, evaluations, offers, and future needs Qualifications: - 1-4 years of hiring experience in IT, Engineering, Energy, Utility, Aerospace, Business Professional, BFSI, and Non-IT recruitment with direct clients - Highly driven individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Education: - Bachelor's Degree preferred; relevant experience will also be considered About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm offering talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
