Job Description

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Drive
new client acquisition
for US IT Staffing services.
Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with
Direct Clients.
Understand client requirements (contract, contract-to-hire, permanent staffing) and coordinate with delivery teams for successful fulfillment.
Develop and implement
sales strategies
, pricing models, and business proposals.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual
revenue and margin targets
.
Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting pitching negotiation closing account management.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the US staffing domain.
Work closely with internal recruitment/delivery teams to ensure quality and timely submissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

812 years of proven experience in
US Staffing / IT Staffing Sales
.
Strong connections with
US clients, vendor ecosystems
.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience in
lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, and leveraging digital platforms
.
Ability to work in US time zones (Night Shift).
High level of ownership, target-driven, and result-oriented.
