US Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients in the US.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring positions.
• Work closely with the US recruitment team to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Stay updated with trends in the US job market, especially within the engineering and aviation sectors.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field (freshers are welcome).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts to align with US business hours.
• Basic understanding of the Engineering or Aviation industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in US recruitment or technical staffing.
• Familiarity with US work authorizations (H1B, GC, US Citizen, etc.) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Exposure to job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
