Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, enhance brand visibility, and support overall marketing initiatives. This role requires a balance of creative and analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets. Sales Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities through market research and lead generation. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies. Marketing Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Manage social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising efforts. Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategy. Collaborate with the design team to create promotional materials. Track and report on marketing campaign performance metrics. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related role. Strong understanding of customer behavior, sales principles, and digital marketing tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Preferred Qualifications Experience in [industry, e.g., technology, retail, healthcare]. Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and paid social media campaigns.
