Recruiter, US Market Location- India/Remote The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruiter with a strong background in the US job market. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various departments. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle for a diverse range of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop effective, data-driven hiring strategies. Proactively source passive candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms. Screen candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization. Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Stay informed about recruitment best practices, industry trends, and the competitive landscape in the US market. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in permanent and contract staffing, with demonstrated success in the US market. Proven ability to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Expertise in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social media recruiting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a capacity to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting software. A passion for building diverse teams and fostering an inclusive workplace.
