Job Description

Learn and manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from understanding requirements to onboarding candidates.
Source candidates using different channels like job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future opportunities.
Coordinate with candidates for interviews, negotiate compensation, and support them through the offer-to-joining process.
Maintain accurate records in our internal recruitment systems.
Work towards achieving weekly and monthly goals while learning how to close positions efficiently.
Actively seek and encourage referrals to expand the candidate pool.

What Were Looking For:

Fresh graduates /entry-level candidates who are eager to learn.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.
Good at building relationships and engaging with people.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ready to take ownership.
