Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for both IT and Non-IT positions.
Recruit for
junior and mid-level roles
across various domains.
Handle the
entire recruitment cycle
, from sourcing to onboarding.
Utilize all major
job portals and recruitment platforms
effectively.
Conduct
reference checks
and candidate mapping for urgent requirements.
Negotiate
salary and terms with candidates when required after offer rollout.
Schedule and coordinate
telephonic interviews
with candidates.
Perform
mass mailing and job posting
to attract maximum resumes for various profiles.
Maintain and update an
internal candidate database
for future hiring needs.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in any discipline.
Prior experience in
US IT or Non-IT Recruitment
is an advantage (freshers may also apply).
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
.
Ability to
source, screen, and evaluate
candidates effectively.
Strong
negotiation skills
and confidence in speaking with candidates.
Good
interpersonal skills
and the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, target-driven environment
.
Willingness to work
night shifts
Proactive, self-motivated
, and eager to learn.
Positive attitude with strong
problem-solving capabilities
.

Special Note

For
freshers
, there will be a
training period of 36 months
.
A
stipend will be provided
during the training period.
