Types of Roles Youll Recruit For:-

You will specialize in sourcing candidates for roles within these key sectors:

• Automation positions involving mechanical systems, electrical controls, and fully integrated automated solutions for intralogistics and smart systems.
• Manufacturing including production, quality control, process improvement, and general engineering roles throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
• Advanced Technology – opportunities in robotics, programming, design, and advanced tech development shaping the future of automation.
• Specialist Technical Functions – such as systems engineers, product managers, mechanical assembly supervisors, assembly technicians, quality inspectors, and warehouse/logistics roles including forklift operators and production support staff.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Proactively source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and networking.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of pre-qualified talent tailored to immediate and pipeline hiring needs.
• Conduct initial outreach, pre-screening, and ensure CVs are formatted to company standards for seamless handover.
• Match candidates with account managers, ensuring clarity and alignment before advancing to interviews.
• Act as the central liaison between candidates and internal teams, facilitating communication and scheduling.
• Keep accurate records in ATS/CRM systems and monitor progress toward hiring KPIs.
• Stay updated on developments in automation, manufacturing, and advanced tech recruitment trends.

Requirements:-

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Resourcer, or in a similar role—agency or offshore recruitment preferred.
• Proven ability to source candidates across engineering, automation, manufacturing, tech, or similar sectors.
• Skilled in CV formatting and candidate presentation tailored to technical and engineering markets.
• Resourceful, proactive, and target-driven, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence managing stakeholders remotely.
