Role Overview

Senior Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision:

  Supervise and monitor daily construction activities for apartments and villas.

• Quality Assurance:

  Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Planning & Scheduling:

  Prepare and track work schedules to meet project timelines.

• Stakeholder Coordination:

  Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers for smooth execution.

• Material & Workmanship:

  Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

• Safety & Discipline:

  Enforce safety protocols and maintain site discipline.

• Progress Reporting:

  Prepare and share daily and weekly progress reports with the management team.

• Billing & Cost Control:

  Support billing verification, material tracking, and cost control activities.

• Issue Resolution:

  Resolve site-related issues in consultation with engineers and consultants.

• Finishing Works:

  Monitor finishing works to ensure quality handover of apartments and villas.

Requirements

• Education:

  Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

• Experience:

  710 years of experience in residential construction (apartments and villas).

• Technical Expertise:

  Strong knowledge of civil execution, RCC structures, and finishing works.

• Communication & Leadership:

  Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Team Management:

  Proven ability to manage manpower and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
