As a Human Resources Coordinator, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Ensure proper tax withholding and filing of tax forms (e.g., W-2, W-4) in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. - Maintain up-to-date employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant laws. - Manage employee benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans). - Track and manage employee leave (sick, vacation, FMLA, etc.) and assist with the administration of leave policies. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including maintaining employee files in accordance with legal requirements. - Maintain positive employee relations by addressing concerns, providing guidance on HR policies, and facilitating conflict resolution. - Support performance management and employee recognition programs. - Assist with employee training and development initiatives as needed. - Help organize employee events, wellness programs, and other initiatives to improve workplace culture. Qualifications required for this role include: - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred). - Minimum 2-3 years of human resources support, preferably within a corporate setting. - Proficiency in Google Office Suite. - Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Good communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Analytical mindset with a strong focus on accuracy. - Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. - Quick learner with a flexible approach to changing priorities. Please note that immediate joiners for US Shift Time Zone (IST 8:30 PM-5:30 AM) are required for this full-time, permanent position. The work location is in person.
