US Non-IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various
Non-IT roles
(Healthcare, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, etc.).
Source candidates through job boards, social platforms, databases, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Review resumes, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and assess suitability.
Manage internal/external job postings and choose effective sourcing channels.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job needs and deliver quality profiles.
Perform reference checks, salary negotiations, and 3rd-party vendor coordination.
Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/CRM.
Stay updated with US market trends and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years
of experience in US Non-IT recruitment (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of the
US job market
and Non-IT staffing requirements.
Excellent sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and Boolean search.
Experience working with ATS platforms (JobDiva, Bullhorn, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
