We are seeking an experienced and dynamic US Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Non-IT recruitment for the US market, with the ability to source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse domains like Healthcare, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Administrative roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT roles in the US market.
• Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal database, and social media platforms.
• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models as per client requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Manage candidate pipelines and keep accurate records of communication and progress.
• Understand client needs, analyze job descriptions, and deliver the best-fit candidates.
• Follow up with candidates during the onboarding process and ensure timely joining.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Account Management teams.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in US Non-IT recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing and placing candidates across various Non-IT industries.
• Familiarity with job portals like Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Strong understanding of US recruitment models (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
