The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting for various sectors, particularly within the pharmaceutical/medical device industry, but we are also open to candidates with experience in industries such as aerospace, automobile, energy, logistics, and more. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for light industrial roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver top-quality talent. Use various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract candidates. Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates" qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure successful placements. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Strong knowledge of the recruitment process, from sourcing to placement. Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job boards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. Knowledge of US labor laws and regulations related to recruitment is a plus.
