We’re seeking an experienced IT & Non-IT recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, supporting US clients with a deep understanding of W2, & 1099 tax terms and work authorizations. This role requires end-to-end full-cycle recruiting—under tight timelines, often aligning with US time zones.

• Looking for a strong "US IT & Non-IT Recruiter" .
• Experience recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, W2&1099 visa type.
• Proficiency with ATS/VMS (e.g., Ceipal), and managing high-volume hiring Respond to requirements rapidly—deliver quality candidate submissions within 2–3 hours of receipt
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Direct US client/delivery partner experience
• Minimum 2 - 7 years of Experience in US Recruitments!
• Better understand the key requirements for a position.
• Involves several stages, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Plus & Desired : would work on the Semiconductors, Light industries, Engineering , Manufacturing , Sourcing/Procurement, Machine Operator , Field Service Engineer, Also Clinical Reqs & Pharma Reqs.
