Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard
new direct clients
in the US Non-IT staffing space.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through regular engagement and performance delivery.
Lead end-to-end
client acquisition efforts
, from prospecting and presentations to contract closure.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to align delivery with client expectations.
Meet and exceed
revenue targets
and build a solid client pipeline.
Drive
Non-IT staffing solutions
such as Healthcare, Logistics, Engineering, and Administrative roles.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, RFP responses, and presentations to prospective clients.
Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

Minimum
3+ years of experience
in
US staffing business development
with a focus on
Non-IT recruitment
.
Strong knowledge of
W2 and Full time hiring

Direct Client handling
, and the US recruitment cycle.
Ability to manage client relationships independently and drive new business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
