Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter

Location: Panaji, Goa/ Noida

Shift: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM IST (Night Shift)

Experience required: 0-4+years

SLA: 1-2 years for freshers only

Responsibility:

Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.

Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and manage onboarding and new hire process.

Stay alongside of recruiting trends and best practices.
Ensure all the best recruiting equipment, software and practices are being used in the process.

Collaborating with HR and the management of the recruitment process.

Present reports on recruitment and analyses the status of recruitment practices regularly to the team and management.

Network and build contacts to source candidates better in the future.

Qualifications for Freshers:

A minimum of bachelor's degree in any field.

Excellent communication, people, and interpersonal skills.

Be a Go-Getter in achieving targets.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Active listening skills and a levelheaded attitude with attention to detail.

Qualifications for Experienced Recruiters:

Good grasp of hands-on US and or CANADIAN recruitment exp. in LI, Business Professional and Life Sciences / Pharma industries.

Someone who needs minimal hand-holding and who can hit the ground running.

Proven track record in previous companies.

Stable work history,

Ideally looking for recruiters who have supported clients like Xerox, Ricoh, Eaton, IKEA, ADM, EMD, Johns Manville, Owings Corning, Spirit Systems, etc.
