KindlyJob Title: Bench Sales- Recruiter/ Senior Recruiter /Lead Recruiter Experience Required: 3+ years of relevant experience Location: Noida /Jaipur / Goa/ Mohali/ Vadodara/ Pune/Bhopal/Hyderabad Shift Timing: 07:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST Mode of Work: Work from Office (100% onsite) **Recruitment Process Overview:** - Must have a solid understanding and experience with the recruitment process. - Excellent communication skills are essential, along with sales acumen. - Familiarity with H1B transfers and the Green Card process is required. - Experience with various visa types is important, including US Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B, OPT EAD, TN, and E3, as well as knowledge of tax terms such as Corp-to-Corp, 1099, and W2. **Bench Consultant Responsibilities:** - Actively search for suitable job requirements for bench consultants and have a strong background in marketing these consultants. - Experience using job portals to find opportunities for assigned bench consultants, including DICE, Monster, Corp to Corp (Tech Fetch), CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other networking groups. - Share requirements with consultants based on their preferences and assist with submitting their resumes to recruiters. - Engage with recruiters to discuss rates and negotiate the best possible terms. - Involved in marketing bench consultants to preferred vendors. - Interact with Tier 1 vendors to obtain matching requirements for bench consultants and submit appropriate resumes to Tier 1/Direct Vendors. - Gather requirements for bench consultants from various sources, including Prime Vendors, job portals, and networking sites. - Develop and maintain relationships with Tier 1 vendors on a daily basis to ensure timely placements of H1B/bench candidates.
