Position: US Non-IT Recruiter

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates through multiple channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
Conduct resume screening, telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidate fit.
Create compelling job postings and detailed job descriptions.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including offer rollout and onboarding.
Stay updated with market trends and recruitment best practices.
Utilize modern tools, software, and processes to optimize hiring efficiency.
Collaborate closely with HR and leadership to meet hiring goals.
Prepare recruitment reports and share insights with the team regularly.
Build and maintain strong professional networks for future hiring needs.

Eligibility for Experienced:

Good grasp of hands-on US and or CANADIAN recruitment exp. in LI, Business Professional and Life Sciences / Pharma industries.
Someone who needs minimal hand-holding and who can hit the ground running.
Proven track record in previous companies.
Stable work history,
Ideally looking for recruiters who have supported clients like Xerox, Ricoh, Eaton, IKEA, EMD, etc.
