🔹 Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing → screening → negotiation → onboarding
🔹 Source through Dice, Monster, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter & vendor networks
🔹 Manage ATS platforms (JobDiva, Ceipal, etc.)
🔹 Work with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) & work authorizations (GC, USC, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN)
🔹 Build strong vendor/candidate relationships & ensure smooth coordination with clients
✅ 3–8 years of US IT recruitment experience
✅ Strong knowledge of US tax terms & work visas
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation & coordination skills
✅ Ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced hiring cycles
