Job Description

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
Manage candidate communication and provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate offers and close candidates while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) data accurately.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Stay current on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging recruitment tools and technologies.
Participate in career fairs, networking events, and diversity recruiting initiatives as needed
