Shift - Night Shift [6:00 PM IST to 3:30AM IST] Remote Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with expertise in W2, 1099, and C2C hiring models to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for both government (Local, State, and Federal) and commercial clients, along with hands-on experience using ATS tools and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Dice, Monster). This role requires a strategic recruiter who can identify top IT talent while ensuring compliance with employment regulations across different hiring structures. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for W2 (full-time/contract), 1099 (independent contractors), and C2C (Corp-to-Corp) engagements. Utilize ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and other sourcing platforms to identify and engage passive and active candidates. Manage end-to-end recruitment for government contracts (Local, State, Federal) and commercial clients, ensuring alignment with client requirements. Advise hiring managers and candidates on W2, 1099, and C2C employment structures, including tax, benefits, and compliance implications. Negotiate bill rates, pay rates, and contract terms for C2C vendors while maintaining profitability. Build and maintain relationships with government and commercial hiring managers, understanding their unique staffing needs. Screen candidates for visa eligibility (H-1B, OPT, GC, etc.) and assess their fit for different employment models. Track recruitment metrics and pipeline activity using ATS and CRM tools. Qualifications & Experience: 4 to 5 years of IT recruiting experience in the U.S. market, with expertise in W2, 1099, and C2C hiring models. Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and other sourcing tools. Demonstrated success recruiting for government clients (Local, State, Federal) and commercial enterprises. Strong understanding of employment classifications, tax implications, and compliance risks across hiring models. Experience negotiating C2C contracts, vendor agreements, and MSP/VMS programs for contingent workforce hiring. Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
