Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
• Work extensively on

  W2, C2C, and 1099

  hiring models.
• Develop candidate pipelines through

  job portals, ATS, LinkedIn, social networks, and referrals

  .
• Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
• Negotiate pay rates and terms with consultants and vendors.
• Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate with clients and account managers to understand requirements and deliver quality profiles within deadlines.
• Maintain candidate and requirement data accurately in ATS.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–8 years of proven US IT recruitment experience

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  US tax terms

  (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Hands-on experience working with

  ATS and vendor management systems

  .
• Expertise in sourcing candidates from

  Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed

  , and networking channels.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
