US IT Recruiter - ( Night Shift )

The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and delivering top-quality technical talent to support client requirements across the United States. This role requires strong understanding of the US recruitment landscape, employment types , IT skill sets, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, submitting, coordinating interviews, negotiating rates, and closing candidates.
• Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal ATS, and networking.
• Evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, visa status, availability, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely communication with candidates and client teams.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent (Software Developers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps, QA, Network/Security, Data roles, etc.).
• Negotiate hourly rates and compensation packages as per client budgets.
• Maintain recruitment metrics, weekly submissions, pipeline progress, and documentation in ATS.
• Collaborate closely with account managers/clients to understand job priorities and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with US hiring standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 - 8 years of experience in

  US IT recruitment

  (Agency or Corporate).
• Strong understanding of US hiring models
• Ability to source and screen candidates for diverse IT roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet submission targets, delivery timelines, and closure ratios.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using ATS tools and US job boards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in

  night shifts aligned to US time zones
