Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter located in Dadri. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for various positions in the United States. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, utilizing various recruitment platforms to post job openings, conducting interviews, coordinating the hiring process, and maintaining candidate pipelines. The recruiter will also be responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience and managing employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals
• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and candidate databases
• Strong understanding of US employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition techniques
• Strong organizational and time management skills
