We are seeking a highly motivated US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT

professionals across various technologies for our clients in the United States. This role

requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with a

solid understanding of US hiring practices and visa classifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, identify, and recruit qualified IT professionals through job portals (Dice,

Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, referrals, and

other channels.

Screen candidates to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and resume

screening to interview scheduling and offer negotiation.

Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand client

requirements.

Negotiate compensation packages, considering US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates for current and future

requirements.

Stay updated on current US visa types (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN, US

Citizens) and compliance regulations.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive

candidate experience.

Meet hiring targets and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience (24 years) as a US IT Recruiter in staffing/consulting firms.

Strong knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and market trends.

Familiarity with various US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and visa classifications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
