US IT RECRUITER

We have an exciting opportunity for a US Technical Recruiter in Thane. As a US IT Recruiter with at least 1.5+ years of experience, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. Your key responsibilities will include managing end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, collaborating with hiring managers and technical teams, conducting technical screenings and interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. To excel in this role, you should have hands-on experience with Federal and commercial clients, working on Contract, Contract to Hire, and Full-time positions for various clients from all domains. Experience with STATE CLIENTS is also preferred. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is essential. Additionally, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, along with proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role.
