Job Description

Position:

Job Responsibilities

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for US clients sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates.
Source candidates through
Job Boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, referrals
, and networking.
Review job descriptions, understand client requirements, and identify suitable candidates.
Negotiate compensation and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Maintain candidate databases in
ATS platforms
(JobDiva / Ceipal / Bullhorn).
Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to meet submission and placement targets.
Ensure compliance with client hiring policies and US labor laws.
Manage
W2, 1099, C2C
hiring processes and work with various work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications

15 years of experience as a
Technical Recruiter
in the
US Staffing industry
.
Strong knowledge of
IT and Non-IT
recruitment.
Familiarity with
VMS/MSP hiring processes
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in
US shift timings (Night Shift IST)
.
Experience with
Boolean searches
and other advanced sourcing techniques.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Timings

Night Shift:
6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST (Monday–Friday)
Work Mode:
Onsite (Sector 63, Noida)
