Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior US IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent for our direct clients and MSP accounts in the US market. This is an individual contributor role suited for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing to onboarding.
• Work closely with direct clients and MSPs to understand hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, and referrals.
• Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and client relationships.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of US IT recruitment experience (must have worked with direct clients and MSPs).
• Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorization types.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently (individual contributor role).
• Comfortable working night shift (US time zone).
• Immediate joiners preferred.
