Key Responsibilities Create 2D animations in anime or hand-drawn style with a strong sense of timing, rhythm, and fluidity. Develop rough layouts, storyboards, and animatics for animated sequences. Illustrate dynamic poses, combat choreography, and expressive character movement . Collaborate with creative and production teams to maintain the artistic vision and quality. Work with digital drawing tools and animation software to deliver polished final outputs. Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback efficiently. Required Skills and Experience 25 years of experience in 2D animation (professional or personal). Strong portfolio/reel showcasing anime-style animation, character motion, or combat/action scenes. Excellent understanding of staging, anatomy, movement, and timing . Proficiency with digital drawing tools (e.g., Clip Studio Paint, Toon Boom Harmony, TVPaint, Adobe Animate, or similar). Experience creating rough layouts, line-drawings, and animatics . Familiarity with manga or anime-style illustration is a strong plus. Strong sense of storytelling and ability to visualize scenes shot-by-shot. Nice to Have Experience with character design and key frame animation .
