Role & responsibilities : Handle the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding) for W2 IT positions. Source candidates from multiple job boards (Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), internal databases, and networking. Screen and submit qualified candidates MSP/VMS portals. Preferred candidate profile : We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter (W2) with prior experience. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including working through MSP/VMS systems and placing candidates on W2 employment.
