Key Requirements:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven experience in US IT hiring (should be flexible to work in US time zone)Strong understanding of sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other channelsHands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles for technical rolesAbility to manage high-volume hiring with quick turnaroundWe are open to candidates who bring confidence, clarity in communication, and a consultative approach to recruitment.
