Job Description

1. Understanding Client Requirements

  • Interact with clients or account managers to gather detailed job requirements (technical and non-technical).
  • Understand the clients business, culture, and technology stack.
  • Clarify role expectations, mandatory skills, visa/work authorization criteria, and budget constraints.

2. Sourcing Candidates

  • Use

    job portals

    (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, CWJobs, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
  • Perform

    Boolean searches

    and

    X-ray searches

    to find passive candidates.
  • Leverage

    social media

    and

    networking

    for candidate generation.
  • Maintain and utilize the internal database (ATS) effectively.

3. Screening and Shortlisting

  • Conduct

    initial screenings

    (phone/video) to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and communication ability.
  • Validate

    technical competencies

    , job stability, and project experience.
  • Confirm

    work authorization/visa status

    (US: USC, GC, H1B, TN, OPT, CPT; UK: Visa, Work Permit).
  • Match candidates to appropriate roles based on skill fit and client needs.

4. Coordination and Scheduling

  • Coordinate

    interviews

    between candidates and clients.
  • Prepare candidates with

    client insights

    , interview format, and expectations.
  • Follow up for feedback and next steps.

5. Offer Management

  • Negotiate

    salary/hourly rates

  • Manage

6. Relationship Management

8. Reporting and Analytics

  • Continuously improve sourcing and recruitment strategies.

9. Market and Technical Awareness

  • Stay updated on

10. Team Collaboration
