Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for W2 contract staffing needs.
Work closely with MSP programs and direct client hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Proactively source qualified
US Citizens (USC), Green Card (GC)
, and authorized W2 candidates for immediate and future hiring needs.
Recruit for roles including:
UX/UI
,
Golang (Jr/Mid/Sr)
,
AI/API/Cloud Security
,
Android/iOS
,
Java
,
AWS/DevOps
,
AI/ML
,
Data Analytics
,
Full Stack (Spring Boot/Microservices/AWS/CI-CD)
, and
Architects
.
Conduct thorough screening to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
Maintain ongoing communication to ensure long-term candidate engagement and retention.
Update and maintain ATS, pipeline reports, and documentation for all candidate activities.
Support onboarding and compliance processes as needed.

Required Qualifications

3 - 5 years of experience
as a W2 IT Recruiter in the US staffing industry.
Experience working with
MSP/VMS environment
and direct client requirements.
Strong educational background in
IT, Computer Science, AI, ML, or related fields
.
Experience hiring for
contract roles and onsite job placements
(not limited to remote).
Ability to build and sustain strong candidate relationships.
Excellent sourcing skills using job boards, networking platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
Stable career progression
consistent tenure at previous companies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
