Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals across various client projects in the United States. This role requires a strong understanding of the US job market, visa classifications, and current technology trends. Key Responsibilities: Work with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and hiring needs. Source candidates using various channels (job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, internal database, referrals, etc.). Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and compatibility with client requirements. Negotiate pay rates, relocation, and other details with candidates, ensuring alignment with company margins and client budgets. Submit qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview schedules. Maintain candidate pipelines for key skill areas and upcoming projects. Ensure compliance with U.S. employment and immigration laws (e.g., H1B, GC, USC). Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing to placement and onboarding. Provide timely updates and reports on candidate status to internal stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and consultants. Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and competitive intelligence. Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. 15+ years of experience in US IT recruitment. Familiarity with various visa types (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD, US Citizen, etc.). Knowledge of technologies and IT skill sets (Java, .NET, DevOps, AWS, etc.). Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Willingness to work in US time zones (night shifts if located outside the US). Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with implementation partners or system integrators. Prior experience placing consultants with direct clients or through tier-1 vendors. Experience in contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time hiring models.
