Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implementServiceNow ITOM moduleswith a focus onDiscovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.
Configure and maintainMID Servers, probes, sensors, workflows, and event management rules.
Build and maintainautomated CMDB populationvia Discovery and integrations.
EnsureCMDB data integrity, normalization, and reconciliation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related toITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery.
Mentor junior developers and maintain technical documentation.
Stay updated withServiceNow upgrades and ITOM best practices.
Mandatory Requirements:
Experience:Minimum5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development.
Expertise:
ITOM Modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB)
MID Server configuration & troubleshooting
JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and integrations
Certifications:
ServiceNowCertified Implementation Specialist (ITOM/Discovery/Service Mapping)
Knowledge of ITIL and CMDB best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional ServiceNow certifications (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
Integration experience with monitoring tools likeSolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace.
Familiarity withcloud platform integrations(AWS, Azure, GCP).
