Job Description

US IT Recruiter

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad, India. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, encompassing IT recruitment, hiring, technical recruiting, and all related processes. You will work closely with hiring managers to:

Identify and fulfill staffing needs
Source and screen candidates
Conduct interviews
Extend job offers

Qualifications

Experience:
0-1 years; Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Skills
: Full-life cycle recruiting, IT recruitment, and technical recruiting.
Aptitude
: Demonstrated aptitude for hiring and general recruiting practices.
Communication Skills
: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Style
: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Bonus
: Knowledge of US recruitment processes and regulations is a plus.
