Handle customer calls and provide accurate information and assistance.
Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Maintain and update customer records in the database.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when required.
Review feedback and contribute to improving customer experience.
