Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, or chat for US insurance customers.
  • Resolve complex customer queries and issues professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns.

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of insurance policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant insurance products.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of US insurance regulations and laws.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
