Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve complex customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
